Set up steps
 
   
  • Large furniture is moved to the center of the room and covered.
  • Wall and ceiling fixtures are removed.
  • Floors are covered with drop cloths.
    Prep  
   
  • Walls are sanded.
  • Cracks are filled.
  • Caulk is applied to gaps in trim moldings.
  • Stain marks are cleaned in areas where needed.
    Painting  
   
  • Priming repaired areas.
  • Premium paint is applied using brush, roller or sprayer as required.
  • Clean lines between trim, ceiling and walls.
 
     Clean-Up  
   
  • Furniture is returned.
  • Wall and ceiling fixtures are replaced.
  • Floors are cleaned.
  • Garbage is removed.
  • Touch up paint is labeled for customer use.

  • Exterior Painting.
  • Prep & scrape, sand, prime, caulk areas where needed.
